The Wedge-Pro® PL was designed for woodturners who want a professionally manufactured segmenting sled at an affordable price. Built using the same premium materials found throughout the Wedge-Pro® product family, the PL delivers accuracy, durability, and versatility in a simplified design.
The Wedge-Pro® PL includes manufactured two-piece fences, adjustable fence positioning, Corian® acrylic construction, a durable phenolic miter bar, and a wide range of built-in indexing options.

- Manufactured two-piece fence system constructed from high-quality Corian® acrylic.
- Adjustable fence positioning for setup flexibility.
- No setup blocks required.
- Built-in indexing for 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 18, 20, 24, 30, 32, 36, 40, 48, 60, 64, 72, and 144 segment rings.
- Additional 90° position for standard mitering operations.
- Durable phenolic miter bar.
- Miter bar may be trimmed if required to accommodate slight miter slot variations between table saw manufacturers.
- All hardware is stainless steel and corrosion resistant.
- Designed for left-hand operation.
Table Saw Compatibility
The Wedge-Pro® PL fits a wide variety of table saws. The distance from the center of the miter slot to the blade must be between 2-1/2″ (64mm) and 7-3/4″ (196mm).
