Wedge-Pro® Segmented Woodturning Cutting Sled

The original Wedge-Pro® was designed with one goal in mind: improve safety while cutting segmented rings on the table saw. Featuring an integrated clamp, bridge, handle system, zero-clearance bed, and segment sweeper, the Wedge-Pro® helps keep your hands clear of the blade while maintaining exceptional cutting accuracy.

The Wedge-Pro® uses a single manufactured fence to provide a simple, comfortable, and accurate workflow for cutting traditional segments. Its reversible design allows the sled to be configured for left-hand or right-hand use.

• Capable of cutting stock up to 2″ x 2″.
• Reversible design supports both left-hand and right-hand operation.
• Durable phenolic miter bar with three adjustable #10-32 grub screws.
• Miter bar may be trimmed if required to accommodate slight miter slot variations between table saw manufacturers.
• All hardware is stainless steel and corrosion resistant.

Table Saw Compatibility

The Wedge-Pro® fits a wide variety of table saws. The distance from the center of the miter slot to the blade must be between 2-1/2″ (64mm) and 7-3/4″ (196mm).
