The Wedge-Pro® II is our flagship segmented woodturning cutting sled, engineered to maximize both safety and accuracy while producing perfectly matched segments for segmented rings. Unlike traditional shop-built sleds, the Wedge-Pro® II was professionally designed around keeping your hands clear of the blade while delivering repeatable, precision cuts.
The Wedge-Pro® II utilizes opposing manufactured fences and dual linked spring-loaded clamps to provide exceptional material control while helping compensate for minor setup errors. This dual-fence design also enables advanced cutting techniques such as zig-zag segments, tapered segments, skewed segments, flat stars, and other creative segmented designs.

- Miter bar may be trimmed if required to accommodate slight miter slot variations between table saw manufacturers.
- All hardware is stainless steel and corrosion resistant.

Table Saw Compatibility
The Wedge-Pro® II fits a wide variety of table saws. The distance from the center of the miter slot to the blade must be between 2-1/2″ (64mm) and 7-3/4″ (196mm).

If you do segmented lathe turnings, you must add this jig to your shop. I’ve had mine for several months now and have made quite a few 12, 16, 24 & 48 segmented blanks. No segments I’ve cut needed any adjusting to fit for glue up. Not the case using my old home made jig. And, it cuts 2 at a time perfectly!! Was easy to true to my Laguna table saw. I was cutting in no time. The weight of it makes it glide so smoothly. The safety design to kick out the cutoff and slide it safely back past the blade is really ingenious. Works every time.
The quality and accuracy of the Wedge Pro II is beyond my expectations. Made of Corian ensures that it will outlive me and maintain accuracy. I can’t recommend this jig enough. Once you own and use it several times, you’ll forget all about what you paid for it. It is definitely worth every penny and more in time savings alone. Rather than spending time fitting and sanding segments, you’ll be turning instead!!
