Delta 1311084 Switch Plate

This switch plate is mounted on the switch box and allows for the installation of the safety switch.

Notes:

• This is a direct replacement OEM compatible part.
• We offer an upgraded version of the OEM compatible part that allows the end user to install non-OEM safety switches.

Required Hardware (not included):

• (2) #6 x 1/2″ phillips pan head screw
