Delta 1311084 (Modified) Switch Plate

This switch plate is mounted on the switch box and allows for the installation of the safety switch.  This version is blank which allows for users to install newer, more modern safety switches.

Notes:

• We also offer an OEM compatible version.
• This is an upgraded version of the OEM compatible part that allows the end user to install non-OEM safety switches.
• This plate requires the end user to perform the desired hole cutout.

Required Hardware (not included):

• (2) #6 x 1/2″ phillips pan head screw
